1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Screen MP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Screen MP is operated by Mitannie, creator and founder of the service.
2. Description of Service
Screen MP is a free image hosting platform designed for the TruckersMP community. The Platform allows users to upload, store and share images — primarily screenshots from Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator on TruckersMP. The service is provided free of charge and requires no registration for anonymous uploads.
3. User Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. Screen MP reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Screen MP only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to upload or share:
- Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening or harassing
- Content that infringes on any intellectual property rights
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Content depicting or promoting violence, hatred or discrimination
- Personal data or private information of third parties without consent
- Malware, phishing pages or any harmful code
- Spam or repetitive bulk uploads
- Content that violates TruckersMP's own rules and policies
5. Content Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of the images you upload to Screen MP. By uploading content, you grant Screen MP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display and serve the content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
Screen MP does not claim ownership over your content and will not use your images for any purpose other than hosting and serving them to you and your intended recipients.
6. VTC Accounts
VTC founders are responsible for all content uploaded by their members under their VTC account. Founders must ensure their members are aware of and comply with these Terms of Service. Screen MP reserves the right to suspend or delete VTC accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
Invite links are single-use and expire after 48 hours. Founders are responsible for managing access to their VTC. The STAFF SMP team has the right to access and moderate all VTC pages to ensure compliance.
7. Content Moderation
Screen MP reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without liability. The STAFF SMP moderation team may review uploaded content and take action including content removal and account suspension.

8. Service Availability
Screen MP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform maintenance, updates or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
Screen MP and its creator, Mitannie, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or service interruption.
Screen MP is not responsible for content uploaded by users. Users upload content at their own responsibility.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Screen MP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
