Screen MP ("we", "us", "our") is a free image hosting platform dedicated to the TruckersMP community, created and operated by Mitannie. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use our platform at screen-mp.com.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Anonymous uploads
When you upload an image without an account, we collect only the image file itself, the upload timestamp and your IP address (for abuse prevention purposes only). No personal information is required.
2.2 Registered accounts
If you create a Screen MP account, we collect:
- Username and email address
- Password (stored as a secure hash — never in plain text)
- Account creation date and last login date
- Uploaded images and associated metadata
2.3 VTC accounts
For VTC accounts, we additionally collect the VTC name, logo, banner, member list and shared media content uploaded by your members.
2.4 Technical data
We automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs and pages visited. This data is used solely for security, abuse prevention and platform improvement.

4. Image Content & Storage
All uploaded images are stored on our servers hosted in France (OVH infrastructure). Anonymous uploads are stored indefinitely unless reported and removed for policy violations. Registered users can delete their own images at any time from their library.
Screen MP is not responsible for the content of images uploaded by users. Any image that violates our Terms of Service may be removed without notice.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary for the platform to function, including session authentication cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded without your consent.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Images uploaded anonymously are retained until they are reported and removed, or until our data retention policy requires deletion.
